You will move, load, unload, and organize materials across the facility, collaborating with production, warehouse, and shipping teams. Schedule features a Rotating 12-Hour shift (3 Days On / 4 Days Off), Night shift from 6:30pm to 7:15am,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating a double forklift.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to safety and workplace rules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a double forklift to transport and position materials.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and designated storage areas.
• Move raw materials, finished products, and other materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Properly stage and organize materials for production and shipping.
• Inspect the forklift before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and proper forklift operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and shipping teams.
• Perform other material-handling duties as assigned.
