Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking a DayLead to oversee daily loading, unloading, and sorting operations. You will coordinate equipment allocation, ensure efficient use of resources, and monitor shipments to meet on-time delivery goals.

Responsibilities include dock safety, freight handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position offers full-time hours with a benefits package designed for long-term employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and understand English well.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements daily plan for allocating equipment to jobs.
• Ensures that equipment is utilized in the most efficient manner.
• Monitors shipments to ensure they are correct and carried out in a timely manner.
• Ensures the safe, clean and efficient operation of the dock to meet service standards.
• Load and unload trailers and move freight across the terminal dock, with or without mechanical equipment.
