Job summary

Sheetz in North Carolina is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across several stores in your district. The role offers a 4-day work week, set schedules, and opportunities to advance as stores expand.

You will travel locally to support nearby stores, mentor team members, and uphold performance standards while delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation includes night shift premium and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and perform physical tasks (standing, bending) and lift up to 20 lb; up to 40 lb with assistance.
• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or coordinating a group to meet goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop the skills needed to deliver exceptional service, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
