Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ, seeks a Supervisor to oversee the distribution center’s daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will lead hourly staff and coordinate with management to meet performance targets. This back-half evening shift (Thursday–Saturday, 5pm–5am) offers hands-on leadership, SOP updates, safety accountability, and opportunities for continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in a lead or supervisor role; experience in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Order Management, Warehouse Management, or Labor Management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly warehouse associates in a distribution center.
• Manage order planning and release of orders to the fulfillment floor; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee shipping/receiving to ensure order accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Coach and mentor direct reports for growth and career development.
• Maintain SOPs and operating systems; update as needed to improve processes.
• Support safety investigations and corrective actions as required.
