American Eagle Outfitters is hiring full-time Material Handlers to support our Distribution Center in Goodyear, AZ. You will unload, warehouse, stage merchandise and operate pallet jacks in a fast-paced facility. The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and the ability to stand and move for long shifts. Front Half Evening Shift: 4:00 pm – 2:00 am, Sunday to Wednesday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or some high school required.
• Adaptable to change by working within different departments.
• Excellent attendance and work record required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to operate pallet jack equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority
• Sort, warehouse, stage, and load/unload cartons in an accurate, safe, and efficient manner
• Unload inbound freight/load outbound freight
• Separate and load freight on unpacking lines
• Stage outbound freight in shipping
• Receive and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations
• Pull merchandise from racks or move merchandise to open areas for pulling and distribution in replenishment department
• Replenish and condense merchandise into most effective locations for order pulling in replenishment department
• Operate manual and/or mechanical equipment in a safe and effective manner and maintain proper certifications
• Ensure production and quality standards are met
• Be open to performing other duties as assigned
