Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 2–5 years in warehouse operations or logistics.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on forklift experience and PIT certification.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, SAP/TRM software.
• Strong supervisory, coaching and developing abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise distribution staff.
• Hire, train and direct employees; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure safety, GMPs, and food safety quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages/overstocks.
• Prepare reports on distribution activities and metrics.
• Lead capital projects and participate in teams/committees.
• Handle overtime and weekend availability.
