Qualifications

• High School or GED degree.
• 4–6 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned shifts and associates.
• Monitor and assist with warehousing, transportation and safety functions.
• Coordinate warehousing activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Record inventory transactions using manual or automated systems.
• Provide training and feedback; report findings to DC management.
• Reinforce SEAL and Standard Work principles and assist SEAL OS implementation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
