Job summary

New Balance's Nashville Distribution Center is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship orders with a focus on accuracy and safety. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and operating RF scanners, with night shifts Sunday to Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:30am.

Compensation includes $18.00 per hour plus a 15% shift differential, full benefits, and opportunities for growth within the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Requires good communication; ability to read and understand English.
• Proven stability and dependability in the workplace.
• Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and troubleshoot problems to resolution.
• Receive and process returns and exchanges.
• Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors.
• Sort, count, label, log inventory shipped or received.
• Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies.
