Job summary

FS Transportation LLC is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Dispatcher to coordinate 70-80 trailer loads across the Midwest each night. You will act as the main link between drivers, production teams, and customers, ensuring on-time deliveries and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor schedules, resolve shipping issues with production, verify documents, and maintain HOS/ELD compliance while keeping calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related work experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, email management, communication, decision making and critical thinking are required.
• Must manage multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outbound shipments and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Ensure loads are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Verify shipping documentation.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance.
• Communicate with drivers and respond to changing conditions.
