Responsibilities

• Foster a family-like atmosphere to support residents’ growth and quality of life.
• Implement a broad curriculum covering ADLs, self-care, independent living, and social skills.
• Provide safe, supervised overnight care and document all activities and medications.
• Maintain cleanliness, record-keeping, and compliance with DHS requirements.
• Collaborate with Residential Supervisor and staff to ensure resident well‑being and safety.
