Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the Towanda area. You will supervise and assist individuals with disabilities in a group home setting, performing personal care tasks and supporting daily living activities.

The role requires lifting, data entry in an electronic health record, and adherence to agency policies. Evening and overnight shifts are common; a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizen; no criminal record.
• Experience in the field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to individuals with disabilities in group home settings.
• Perform personal care tasks including tooth-brushing, toileting, bathing, clothing, and feeding.
• Manage medications and maintain Medication Administration Certification.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic health record.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in trainings.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations.
