Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required, 18+ years old.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or related conditions is preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance; company vehicle rules apply (21+ when using company vehicle).
• Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Individuals with their personal care and daily routines (e.g., hygiene).
• Transport participants to community activities using a personal or company vehicle.
• Keep accurate progress notes and communicate needs to the team.
