Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional for night shifts to provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, transportation duties, and participation in community activities.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CPR, valid driver's license, and background checks. Overtime shifts on Saturdays and Sundays are available, with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years.
• Must possess a valid driver's license to transport clients as needed.
• Must possess current CPR training.
• Background check and drug screening before employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities and community inclusion.
• Transport to appointments as needed.
• Act as job advocate or assist with employer-related tasks when required.
• Assist with feeding and hygiene as needed.
