Qualifications

• Ability to use technology and related software systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor front desk operations and facility security.
• Screen residents, guests, and property for prohibited items.
• Respond to emergencies and contact appropriate assistance.
• Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems.
• Assist residents, guests, and service providers.
• Support meal service operations and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Enforce facility rules and resident accountability.
• Perform routine cleaning in residential and common areas.
• Create and manage resident and staff ID badges.
• Supervise resident work assignments and building maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance and urgent repair requests.
