Job summary

Hope Network West Michigan is seeking a Direct Support Professional for an overnight shift in Grand Rapids, MI. You’ll help individuals with daily living tasks, provide compassionate, person-centered support, and promote independence within the community.

The DSP will assist with ADLs, transportation, and activities, while building trust and strong relationships. Lifting to 50 lbs and background checks are required; CPR/First Aid certification is also needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license
• Required: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Required: Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Required: Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
