Job summary

CVR Energy, Inc. in Pauls Valley, OK is seeking a B Mechanic Technician for night shifts.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs on trucks, trailers and related equipment, using manual and power tools, and document all work per DOT requirements. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on diesel or auto mechanics experience, readiness for overtime and road calls, and the ability to work with various manufacturers (Paccar, Cummins, Bendix, Eaton).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vo-tech or specialized training in diesel or auto mechanics preferred.
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred (required in certain locations).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trucks and trailers per DOT guidelines.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance schedules with Shop Supervisor.
• Document all repairs and parts usage in inventory and DOT files.
• Be willing to work overtime and out of a service truck for road calls.
