Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Logistics Associate Supervisor to support the logistics manager, ensuring DOT/CMV compliance and overseeing on-time product delivery. The role includes training new staff, maintaining Road Net software, and ensuring fleet safety and maintenance.

The candidate will coach teams, monitor performance via surveys, participate in recruitment, and handle field actions to optimize logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all logistics associates meet DOT and CMV requirements.
• Oversee the delivery of the product to the customer.
• Train all logistics associates on SGWS policies and operations.
• Maintain the Road Net software.
• Ensure fleet maintenance and safety-related issues are addressed.
• Coach directs and counsel associates on performance via driver and customer surveys.
• Support recruitment and hiring of logistics associates.
• Field calls and facilitate actions as necessary.
• Conduct monthly safety training/meetings per SGWS Safety Policy.
• Communicate route changes daily.
• Monitor schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels daily.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
