Job summary

ShopRite of Lawrenceville is seeking a Night Crew Chief (Non-Exempt) to direct the Night Crew to achieve department goals. The role focuses on safety, customer experience, and efficient operations under the Store Manager’s direction.

Essential responsibilities include leading associates, ensuring proper shelving, pricing, and compliance with policies, and maintaining a safe work environment. Night shift duties require physical stamina and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly and accurately.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to engage and lead associates to achieve department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Night Crew Department.
• Achieve department goals in sales, profit and customer experience.
• Direct supervision under Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Ensure safety, friendliness, presentation and efficiency in operations.
• Maintain adequate staffing and training for night crew.
