Qualifications

• English language reading, writing and comprehension required.
• Basic math and basic computer skills required.
• Stand/walk for duration of shift; lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to lead and develop Associates and provide customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Night Crew operations to meet sales, safety and customer experience goals.
• Lead Associates, train new hires, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety, presentation, and efficiency standards across the Night Crew department.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and other departments to optimize daily operations.
