Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs as required.
• Ability to lead associates and engage them to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Night Crew operations to achieve department goals.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily tasks and procedures.
• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to night crew associates.
• Maintain proper staffing and scheduling to meet sales and customer needs.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
