Job summary

ShopRite of Marlboro in Marlboro, NJ is seeking a Night Crew Chief to lead the Night Crew team and ensure safe, efficient store operations.

You will supervise associates, uphold safety and customer service standards, and help achieve sales and departmental goals while supporting store management.

Pay is $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits as outlined in the union contract and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 60 lbs.
• Ability to work with products and in varying temperatures.
• Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly way.
• Ability to lead and engage Associates to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Night Crew Department.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals (sales, profit, customer experience).
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper presentation of Night Crew operations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on priorities and staffing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
