Job summary

Boston Dynamics seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead safe, end-to-end execution of third shift data collection operations in Waltham, MA. You will act as a servant leader, coach in real time, manage performance, and partner with R&D, Fleet Operations, IT and Building Operations to drive problems to durable solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of team leadership in operations, strong data analysis, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that evolves rapidly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee performance management experience.
• Experience leading large, fast-paced teams in operations or production.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the safe, end-to-end execution of third shift data collection operations across multiple species.
• Provide real-time coaching to drive quality and manage performance.
• Partner across R&D, Fleet Operations, IT, and Building Operations to solve problems.
