Job summary

CyrusOne in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Critical Environments Operator for night shift to monitor, operate, and maintain data center mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Night shift coverage with 8- or 10-hour rotations, shift differential compensation, and a clear path for career progression in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift experience preferred or willingness to rotate.
• Ability to operate and monitor data center systems.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Basic computer skills and documentation with CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate data center mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems.
• Respond to alarms with prioritization of critical load protection.
• Execute preventive maintenance and follow SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
• Use CMMS to track work orders, labor, and PMs.
• Coordinate with vendors and enforce safety protocols.
• Perform equipment and system modifications including critical switching.
• Maintain compliance with policies, EHS requirements.
• Mentor junior operators and lead critical switching events.
