Job summary

DSV's Data Center Supervisor role in Lancaster, USA, on the E shift (Thu-Sun, 6:30pm–4:30am), leads loading/unloading freight and assembling server racks, using multiple systems to ensure accurate material handling.

You will supervise associates, manage cycle counts and inventory, enforce safety standards, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–6 years in material handling are required, with compensation in the stated pay range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Generally prefer 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations.
• Entry level leadership role with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associates performing loading/unloading and material handling.
• Oversees cycle counts, inventory replenishments and returns.
