Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy is seeking a well-rounded Warehouse Operator to perform various warehouse and inventory tasks in a cooler/refrigerated environment. You will receive, process, store, move, and distribute items while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, order picking, stock rotation, cycle counts, and using scanners for inventory control. The role offers growth opportunities within a farmer-owned DFA brand.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items to racks, shelves, or bins.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated area.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading.
• Check shipments and bills of lading for accuracy.
• Use scanner or computer to track inventories.
• Complete daily pick sheets and cycle counts.
• Monitor materials and report irregularities to supervisor.
• Follow DFA GMPs and safety requirements.
