T.G. Lee Dairy is hiring an experienced forklift operator to load, unload, and move products within our facility. The role requires forklift certification and accuracy in paperwork, with duties including staging materials, feeding lines, and maintaining safe, efficient warehouse operations.

This position offers competitive pay of $21.50 per hour, with benefits such as 401(k) contributions, paid vacation, healthcare, and opportunities for career growth within a farmer-owned DFA network.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to use company computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Execute loading and unloading of products in trailers.
• Distribute pallets to distribution trailers and staging areas.
• Stage materials for production.
• Move product and materials within facility.
• Receive materials for warehouse storage.
• Supply packaging material and hulls to line as needed.
• Maintain pallet supply for palletizer.
• Rotate packaging and ingredients using FIFO.
• Ensure paperwork is clear, legible and accurate.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
