Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy seeks a skilled maintenance technician to oversee care and maintenance of all property and production assets. You will keep machinery running across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic systems through planned and unplanned maintenance for production, packaging, and processing lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Formal Engineering/Maintenance training desired.
• 2 years experience required in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility, preferably food and beverage industry.
• 1 year minimum experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer controlled equipment, PLC and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production, packaging, processing equipment and utility systems.
• Ensure continued operation of machinery and equipment across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Inspect equipment, identify problems and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
• Work with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
