Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy in Orlando, FL, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to maintain and repair production assets and facility systems.

The role covers electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. Applicants should have 2 years in a manufacturing maintenance role, with 1 year in electrical/PLC/HVAC areas, and be able to work a 3rd shift (10 PM–6:30 AM) with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility, preferably food and beverage industry.
• 1 year minimum experience with one or more technical areas: Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer controlled equipment, PLC and HVAC.
• 1 year minimum experience on equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control and packaging equipment.
• Professional experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
• Ability to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems and independently take corrective action to prevent failures or downtime.
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend for the shift; lift up to 50 pounds; work in a wet environment with moderate to high noise; flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Care and maintenance of all property and production assets.
• Ensure continued operation of machinery and equipment across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support a fast-paced production environment with effective teamwork.
