Job summary

Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is seeking a Cutter Packer for the Nights shift to support our packaging line. The role pays $17.00 per hour, with additional $1.00/hour for evening hours and $2.00/hour for late-night hours, reflecting a strong night differential.

You will be part of a team ensuring product readiness, quality, and efficiency across multiple packaging stations. Responsibilities include inspecting product for quality, labeling and routing items to designated areas, and rotating through

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours on concrete/steel.
• Capable of repetitive motions and lifting 4–10 lbs.
• Able to work in cold, wet environments and around moving equipment.
• Must rotate through multiple packaging positions.

Responsibilities

• Identify bruised or broken portions for removal.
• Place product in designated area and prep for packaging.
• Rotate through Salvage, Dumper, Flipping, Deboning, Saddle, Netting roles.
• Cut and trim product with Wizard Knife.
• Supply pads and trays to the conveyor belt.
