Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking a Cutter Packer/Fillet DP0074 for the Cherry facility night shift. The role pays $17.75 per hour with an additional $1.00/hr for hours 7:00pm–11:59pm and $2.00/hr for hours 12:00am–4:59am.

Responsibilities include feeding parts into processors, trimming fillets, packaging, and operating around moving equipment. The position requires standing for long periods, ability to use knives or scissors, visual inspection, and the ability to lift 4–10 pounds, with a willingness to

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hrs) on concrete/metal grate stands or floor.
• Able to use small handheld tools such as knives or scissors.
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling motions; lifting 4–10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Feed front half of bird into breast processor; remove downgraded halves and bucket them.
• Lift breast halves and place on cone.
• Score front half and pop the wishbone.
• Cut fillets and remove tenders; trim to specification; adjust if breast processor is down.
• Package breast fillets, tenders and wings.
• Feed chicken parts into machinery.
