Job summary

Holyoke Community College seeks a Custodian (Maintainer I) for the 3rd shift in Holyoke, MA. The role involves janitorial, custodial, housekeeping and light mechanical tasks across campus facilities.

The incumbent will perform groundskeeping, cleaning, basic repairs and maintenance, and assist in logistics and safety checks. Bi-weekly rate provided, with a 40-hour work week and state benefit package.

Responsibilities

• Assist with snow removal, loading/unloading, and material handling.
• Operate basic maintenance equipment and vehicles as required.
• Keep records of basic maintenance or inventory as needed.
