Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is hiring a Custodian to keep our facilities clean and well-maintained, including bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas. You will dust, mop, vacuum, stock supplies, and report issues to the team.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Friday–Tuesday 11:00 pm–7:00 am, starting pay $17 per hour with room for growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, cleaning glass, or cleaning and stocking bathrooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
