Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience with lead or supervisory duties.

• Ability to supervise multiple employees across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of day-to-day operations of custodial staff.
• Regularly inspect assigned facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Ensure equipment is functional and properly maintained.
• Identify and complete cleaning projects (carpet, floors, restrooms).
• Maintain custodial supplies and ensure proper stocking.
