Qualifications

• Three years of related custodial experience with prior lead or supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to supervise and direct others.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of day-to-day operations of custodial staff.
• Regularly inspect assigned facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Ensure equipment is functional, maintained, cleaned and stored properly.
• Identify and complete project work such as carpet cleaning and deep cleaning of restrooms.
• Maintain custodial supplies and manage inventory.
• Promote Facilities core values of Service, Integrity and Excellence.
• Complete duties timely and take responsibility for own work.
• Demonstrate punctuality and follow attendance policies.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
