Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately position patients for effective scanning.
• Conduct warm-up sequences on radiological equipment.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Interpret written scanning instructions from physicians.
• Administer radiocontrast agents during imaging.
• Review scans to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Monitor patients during scanning procedures.
