Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts (7pm–7am) within a Level One Trauma Center. The role focuses on producing high-quality CT images and supporting CT-guided procedures in a high-volume setting.

You will collaborate with nurses, physicians and other care team members, handle scheduling, educate patients, and demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication under pressure. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered to external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging across neuro, MSK, abdominothoracic and cardiac anatomy.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examinations to ensure comfort.
• Exhibit on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication under stress.
• Collaborate with CT team, nurses, physicians and other care staff.
