Job summary

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License required at hire.
• ARRT Radiography certification required at hire or within 1 year.
• ARRT Nuclear Medicine certification required at hire or within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to physicians' orders and protocols.
• Adjust imaging parameters to optimize image quality and patient safety.
• Assess patient needs and age-related considerations during imaging.
• Maintain documentation and assist with equipment care.

Education

Oregon Medical Imaging License

National Registered Technologist - Radiography (ARRT)

National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT)

Within 1 year: NT CT or Nuclear Medicine CT certification
