Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical radiologic experience required.
• 2–4 years CT Technologist experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
• Ability to position patients safely for CT procedures.
• Proficient in quality control and image review.
• Strong communication with radiologists and team.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment and processing systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures with appropriate safety measures.
• Verifies patient identification and orders; screens for contraindications.
• Administers contrast media following safety protocols; monitors for adverse reactions.
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure timely, accurate results.
• Reviews images for technical accuracy and communicates findings.
• Maintains CT equipment; conducts quality control checks.
• Maintains clean, stocked work area and follows radiation safety guidelines.
