Qualifications

• 1–2 years of healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
• CRT certification required; BCLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP/ STABLE if NICU.
• Strong communication, patient assessment, ventilator management, and airway maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Conducts patient assessments and monitors responses to therapy.
• Manages ventilator settings and airway maintenance for safety and comfort.
• Documents all treatments clearly and in a timely manner.
• Ensures PPE use, infection control, and patient identification procedures.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams and responds to emergencies when needed.
