Job summary

EMCOR Government Services, Inc. seeks a Critical Facilities Technician to lead and support DISA Data Centers in Oklahoma City, OK on a 3rd shift. You will maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and life-safety equipment to ensure uptime and reliability for mission-critical operations.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, on-call duties, and coordination with site leadership to meet service levels. Candidates must be ready for onsite work and hold requisite licenses and safety

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of data center or mission-critical experience.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems.
Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA standards, lockout/tagout, arc flash.
Ability to read drawings, schematics, and system diagrams.

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain critical data center infrastructure to ensure reliability and compliance with performance standards.
Support installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Monitor and respond to abnormal conditions across mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and control systems.
Manage critical power distribution from utility/generator systems through UPS to customer load.
Ensure fire/life safety systems remain fully operational.
Conduct inspection rounds, document deficiencies, and ensure corrections are completed.
Participate in after hours on call rotation and lead system recovery efforts when issues arise.
