Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patients, families and staff to deliver culturally appropriate care.
• Educates patients and families on learning priorities and care plans.
• Uses information systems to monitor care outcomes and support safety.
• Works within inter-professional teams with open communication.
• Participates in safety and quality improvement efforts and committees.
• Acts as a preceptor for appropriate staff members.
