Job summary

Qualifications

Must hold nursing degree at least an Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Nursing.
All certifications required on hire: ACLS, BLS, and an active RN license.

Responsibilities

Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice, assessment, diagnosis, planning and evaluation.
Provides relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
Partners with patient and family using bedside shift report, rounds, and planned teaching.
Practices using current clinical practice standards.
Coordinates safe, quality patient care with interdisciplinary communication and documentation.
