Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse in Critical Care to provide routine and complex care for patients recovering from surgery and managing high acuity conditions. The role involves using advanced technology and protocols.

This position requires night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with responsibilities including patient care and education. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• One year of experience in a Critical Care setting preferred; new graduates may be considered.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only).
• Valid RN license in Texas or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process for assigned patients.
• Address complex psychological and emotional needs.
• Administer medications per established protocols.
• Document patient history and care accurately.
• Provide education to patients and families.
