Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia's Columbia County Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (36 hours per week). You will join the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while fostering a compassionate, safe environment and supporting ongoing performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Active state RN license required or pending license transfer.
• BLS certification at hire; ACLS preferred/required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Document assessments, plans, and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and adjust care plans.
• Promote patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
