Job summary

Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph, MI, is seeking an experienced RN for the Critical Care Unit on the night shift (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.). The unit features 18 beds with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, high-acuity care, and advanced monitoring. Full-time role with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for external candidates.

You will deliver comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with residents and attendings, and ensure patient-family centered planning aligned with Corewell Health policies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan (MI RN).
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required within specified timelines.
• Associate degree in nursing with BSN preferred within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process with patient/family centered care.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patient care under Nurse Leader supervision.
• Collaborate with ICU team and document education and care plans in health records.
