Job summary
Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Night Shift RN for the Intensive Care Unit at Lakeland Hospital St Joseph, serving the St Joseph and Niles area. The RN will provide professional nursing care, assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients in a high-acuity ICU.
Candidates must hold a MI RN license, with an Associates in Nursing and ideally a Bachelors in Nursing. BLS/ACLS and NIHSS must be completed within 90 days. Shift is 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., 24 hours weekly.
Qualifications
- Associates in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's in Nursing must be completed within 5 years.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- BLS within 90 days.
- ACLS within 90 days.
- NIH Stroke Certification (NIHSS) within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
- Incorporate patient-family centered care in planning and education.
- Collaborate with Nurse Leader and care teams to implement plans of care.
- Document education and learning in the health record.
