Job summary

Chestnut Labs is seeking an ESL Corrugated Operator in Santa Ana, CA to operate corrugated packaging equipment and support ESL production to ensure proper packaging, coding, documentation, and distribution readiness.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am Off Saturday and Sunday. Responsibilities include operating box-forming and casing equipment, coding/marking, sampling, and maintaining quality and sanitation records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Forklift and pallet jack certification, or ability to obtain certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Operate box-forming and casing equipment used in ESL production.
Set up and operate product coding and marking equipment.
Support ESL filler operations and related production activities.
Perform product sampling and complete documentation accurately.
Maintain production, quality, and sanitation records in a timely manner.
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and operating areas.
Relieve employees during scheduled breaks and meal periods as needed.
Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
Work independently while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Foreman.
