Job summary

Stremicks Heritage Foods is seeking an ESL Corrugated Operator to run corrugated packaging equipment and support ESL production activities. You will ensure proper packaging, coding, documentation, and readiness for distribution from this shift-based role in California.

You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate equipment safely while maintaining accurate records. This position requires adherence to GMP and sanitation standards and offers stable night shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions throughout shift.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate box-forming and casing equipment used in ESL production.
• Set up and operate product coding and marking equipment.
• Support ESL filler operations and related production activities.
• Perform product sampling and complete associated documentation accurately.
• Maintain required production, quality, and sanitation records in a timely manner.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and operating areas.
• Relieve employees during scheduled breaks and meal periods as needed.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Work independently while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Foreman.
