Job summary

ESL is seeking an ESL Corrugated Operator to operate box-forming and casing equipment, code and document products, and support production to ensure proper packaging for distribution.

This position follows a Monday–Friday night schedule (10:00pm–6:30am) with weekends off; candidates must lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and maintain GMP compliance. Forklift/pallet jack certification training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification: Forklift and pallet jack certification, or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate box-forming and casing equipment used in ESL production.
• Set up and operate product coding and marking equipment.
• Support ESL filler operations and related production activities.
• Perform product sampling and complete associated documentation accurately.
• Maintain required production, quality, and sanitation records in a timely manner.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and operating areas.
• Relieve employees during scheduled breaks and meal periods as needed.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Work independently while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Foreman.
