NaphCare, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Night shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at the Pasco County Detention Center in Land O' Lakes, Florida.

As a Correctional CNA, you will work under RN supervision alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to provide care in a secure environment. New grads are encouraged to apply; we offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifikationen

• CNA training program completion and passing state competency exam.
• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS CPR and first aid certification (AHA) required.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Aufgaben

• Assist with patient assessments and health history.
• Take vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, respiration, weight.
• Perform procedures per protocols (phlebotomy, EKGs, dressings, wound cultures).
• Document medical history including medications and conditions.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks.
• Provide basic wound care and patient education.
• Observe and report changes to nurses.
